At Paul Gröne GmbH, we offer various rubberised floor coverings, from classic watertight stall mats and water-permeable rubber granulate mats up to and including rubber paving stones, all of which are installed for you as prefabricated mats. Rubber covering for indoor or outdoor use, for horse stalls or horse trailers, for paddocks or open stables – we are your contact for rubber flooring of all kinds.
Our puzzle mats, for instance, are a visually attractive, easily cleaned composite system with non-slip indentations on the surface. These robust rubber mats are readily used in stable aisles, stalls and grooming stations, as they are quick and easy to sweep. We additionally offer particularly non-slip and joint-friendly puzzle mats with a hammer-finished surface specifically for horse walkers on flat concrete surfaces. Their wear and abrasion resistance makes them durable rubber mats for riding facilities of all sizes. Available as material on reels, our 8-mm solid rubber mats also have a hammer finish profile and round nobbles, and are especially suitable for vehicle construction and as a floor covering for horse trailers.
Our diamond-pattern stable mats are extremely robust and heavy. They lie particularly well in horse stalls and grooming stations and are non-slip – ideal stable mats! Wide drainage grooves and mechanical slip resistance thanks to round studs are offered by our jumbo mats, which are used not only as stall mats but also as rubber mats in smithies or washing stations.
Horse stalls are provided with the perfect horse bed with tongue and groove thanks to air cushion mats whose surface features a reliable anti-slip profile and whose underside is equipped with air cushion rings. This elastic stable mat is beneficial since it enables you to reduce the use of bedding and optimise thermal insulation. At the same time, its optimum elasticity ensures joint-friendly horse husbandry.
Composite paving mats are the ideal rubber floor covering for aisles and paddocks as well as outdoor areas. As they are water-permeable and have drainage grooves on their underside, the floor remains dry even when it rains. Mud and other types of dirt are therefore no longer a disturbing factor for either horse owners or the horses themselves. The surface of these rubber mats looks like paving stones thanks to the fake joints. As they are made of rubber, however, they are of course significantly more elastic. The paving mats are abrasion-resistant, weather-resistant and non-slip – ideal for horse stables of all sizes.
Our composite paving stones, also known as rubber paving stones, are an extremely robust floor covering for horse walkers, paddocks, aisles and paths inside and outside of horse stables. The PU-bonded rubber granulate surface makes it a non-slip, UV-resistant floor covering that is particularly joint-friendly for the animals. These rubber paving stones are also resistant to studs and urine.
Water-permeable rubber mats for horse stalls with drainage and slope, lying areas, open stables or paddocks are also available as drainage mats.
