Production and application of the
Liquid Rubber
(rubber screed)
1. Prepare the base surface
before mixing the Liquid Rubber (rubber screed)
2. Pour in the latex milk
COMPONENT 'A', incl. colour additive
3. Add the hardening powder
COMPONENT 'B'
4. Mix components A and B
5. Add the rubber granulate
COMPONENT 'C'
6. Mix the 3 components using a stirrer
7. Distribute the Liquid Rubber (rubber screed)
8. Release air from the surface using an installation roller
9. Fully installed Liquid Rubber (rubber screed)
