The young woman has been running her own riding facility specialising in dressage in Leipzig since 2018. What had taken place? Her stable facilities are focused on species-appropriate sport horse husbandry and the fair training of dressage horses. This also includes offering the horses the best possible conditions – starting with optimum flooring. Due to incorrect advice, however, she was forced to remove the rubber mats that had already been installed in the grooming station. Water had made its way under the mats and into the brickwork through the defective seals against the wall, and it began to smell. It was no longer possible to use the grooming station as a washing station.

Finally, while researching the best material for her washing station, she came across our HORSE PROTECT Liquid Rubber. Back to Beatrix's washing station in Leipzig: The well-informed Hentschels had prepared optimally and carefully cleaned the grooming station. Our installation experts for liquid natural rubber flooring were therefore able to start cutting the anti-wear mats to size and fitting them right away.
First, a thin layer of the safe, slip-resistant and elastic special flooring for increased horse health was then applied and distributed evenly. The mats were subsequently bonded firmly but nevertheless flexibly onto the floor. The spaces between the four identically sized anti-wear mats were then also filled with HORSE PROTECT Liquid Rubber and the compound was carefully distributed evenly by hand using a trowel, including a slight, uniform slope towards the drain in the centre of the washing station and an edge butting up tight to the wall.

Finally, the material then has to cure for around 48 hours, after which it is fully load-bearing and the washing station can finally be used as such again by Bea and her horses. "The work was done really, really professionally ... Brilliant", is how the YouTuber delightedly sums up the work at the end of her video, well aware that her horses will love the rubber screed flooring.
