Farm & Stable has been enjoying international success with its Ironclad high-tech flooring for 20 years. We are delighted to now be a part of this success story as the company's exclusive cooperation partner in Germany.
The cushioning surface relieves the horses' joints while the sealed top layer ensures improved hygiene and significant cost savings thanks to up to 50 per cent less bedding. This makes the flooring the ideal supplement to our range for horse stables, recovery stalls, clinics and transporters, as confirmed by initial installations at the Lüsche veterinary clinic, for instance. Step 1:
The unique orthopaedic PrecisionFoam is the basis for every ComfortStall® stall. Installed precisely by experts, this foam guarantees unparalleled elasticity.
Careful cuts have to be made at the transitions between the floor and wall and around all necessary recesses to ensure that nothing slips later on.
Step 3:
For unrestricted comfort, the transitions between the individual, fitted PrecisionFoam plates are then fixed seamlessly and drains are cut out.

Step 5:
... where it is first bonded and then carefully screwed down completely using a special fastening system. For a floor that horses will love!
